Welcome to Tableside with Cheflars
Hello everyone and welcome to my new site. Hopefully most of you (initially anyway) will be coming here from my Gourmets' Garden Cooking School website. Please feel free to leave a question or comment and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Now that I've written that, it sounds like I'm leaving a message on my answering machine. What do you expect for a first-time blogger? This new blog is all about answering your cooking related questions, so have at it! If you want to take a peek at the current class schedule on my webstie, please visit www.ggcookingschool.com.

Hey I like your new site and it is terrific that you have a blog. Great idea!
Just a question for the culinary genius! I'm making an appetizer that is an apricot/apple pepper jelly with walnut-blue cheese coins. What wine do you think would pair well with that?
Everytime I watch you make such wonderful creations using your Cuisinart food processor, I think about purchasing one...I know you've recommended the 11 cup model...However, in an effort to simplify and because I have a lack of cupboard space, I'm wondering if a Cuisinart will do everything that an electric mixer will do - I know you've made pastry doughs in your Cuisinart, but can I make cookie dough, cake batter, and everything else that one uses a mixer for in a Cuisinart? Essentially, I guess my question is: if I purchase a Cuisinart, can I get rid of my electric mixer?
